Job summary

Sunnyfield Disability Services in Armidale invites you to join the Community Hub as a flexible disability support worker. Deliver personalised support that builds independence, assist with personal care, and help participants engage in social activities and skill development.

Qualifications

• Must have a can-do attitude and collaborative approach.
• Experience in disability (minimum 2 years) is preferred.
• Ability to think creatively and work well in a team.
• Calm and confident when supporting people with complex behaviours.
