Job summary

Sunnyfield Disability Services’ Community Hub in Muswellbrook is seeking compassionate staff to join a team that values flexibility, purpose and connection. Shifts run across a broad daytime window (7am–7pm), Monday to Friday, with regular and flexible rosters to suit you.

You will deliver personalised support to build independence, assist with personal care, support social activities and develop skills, and foster positive relationships with participants and families.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in disability support.
• Ability to work across a flexible roster and hours.
• Strong communication with participants and families.
• Commitment to safe practices and accurate record-keeping.

Must Haves

• Able to work all hours across the day
• Clear relevant checks (NDIS Worker Screening, WWCC and National Criminal History Record Check)
• Provide 2 x references
• Hold a current driver's license
