Job summary

COS With Love is hiring a Support Coordinator Level 2 to work with NDIS participants, helping them implement plans and increase independence. You may work from home or on site, with a flexible schedule and no KPI pressure, for a permanent role with a caseload.

Applicants must have NDIS experience, screenings, WWC, and a car with a licence. Expect around 25+ hours per week and proactive stakeholder engagement in Sydney’s regions.

Joanne Love Support coordinator – Sutherland NSW

Be rewarded working as an independent Support Coordinator that comes with flexible working conditions, with option to work from home and on site. This is a permanent role with a caseload.

Must have relevant qualifications for your application to progress for this Support Coordinator Level 2 position.

$65-$70 per hour depending on experience. Must have disability sector experience and a thorough understanding of the NDIS processes and worked as a support coordinator in the past.

Have a sound understanding of SIL and an understanding of SDA is preferable. Good problem solving skills, ethical practices and time management skills.

The participants are based in South Sydney and South West Sydney. Face to face visits, meetings and stakeholder engagement is compulsory in this role and the role will require approximately 25+ hours per week .

As a Support Coordinator, you'll work closely with NDIS participants to help them implement their plans and build their capacity for independence, ensure services are suitable to meet their needs and offering choice and control.
