Job summary

COS With Love is hiring a Support Coordinator Level 2 to work with NDIS participants, helping them implement plans and increase independence. You may work from home or on site, with a flexible schedule and no KPI pressure, for a permanent role with a caseload.

Applicants must have NDIS experience, screenings, WWC, and a car with a licence. Expect around 25+ hours per week and proactive stakeholder engagement in Sydney’s regions.

Qualifications

• Own car and licence.
• NDIS worker screening.
• WWC.
• Good work ethic, autonomous, strong time management and NDIS funding knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Conduct face-to-face visits, meetings and stakeholder engagement as required.
• Work with NDIS participants to implement plans and build independence.
• Ensure services meet participants' needs and support choice and control.
