Job summary

Ruah is seeking an experienced and passionate Support Coordinator to join our Wongee Mia program in Northbridge, WA. This full-time role (38 hours per week) focuses on helping Aboriginal individuals and families achieve housing stability, wellbeing and recovery outcomes through culturally responsive support.

You will work directly with clients, coordinate supports, facilitate groups and advocate on their behalf, collaborating with Elders, families and partner organisations to promote

Qualifications

Experience with homelessness and complex life circumstances
Strong case management and advocacy skills
Ability to build trusting relationships with clients
Experience developing recovery or support plans
Strong report writing and documentation skills
Trauma-informed and culturally responsive practice

Responsibilities
