Job summary

Ruah in Western Australia is seeking a Support Coordinator for the Stronger Ground North team to help people with severe mental health challenges work toward recovery. You'll develop individual recovery plans, coordinate services, and advocate for client needs within a trauma-informed, person-centred approach.

Working with Peer Recovery Workers and multidisciplinary teams, you will build skills, independence and strong connections, while upholding Ruah's values and ensuring compliance with the

Qualifications

• Strong goal-planning skills within a recovery-oriented framework.
• Highly developed report writing, documentation and reflective practice.
• Ability to mentor and work alongside other team members.
• Advanced computer skills, including MS Office and client management systems.
• Ability to engage with clients and their support networks facing complex challenges.
• Understanding of mental health, homelessness, AOD and family/domestic violence.
• Commitment to Ruah's vision, mission and values.

Responsibilities

• Support people experiencing severe mental health challenges to recovery goals.
