SCS offers Level 2 (General) Support Coordination only. We do not currently offer Level 3 (Specialist) Support Coordination or psychosocial recovery coaching.
You’ll manage a caseload of participants of mixed complexity. The role is hybrid - a mix of office-based and remote work - with travel for participant visits within approximately 30 km / 30 minutes of our service centre. Standard business hours with flexibility built in.
Typical caseload is 15-20 active participants of mixed complexity, adjusted based on case complexity and your experience.
