Job summary

Wellways is a not-for-profit provider of mental health and disability services. The Support Coordinator will deliver NDIS funded Support Coordination, focusing on capacity building to help participants design, manage and control their supports.

The role supports people living with disability, offers a hybrid work arrangement with home and office options, and requires eligibility to work in Australia along with necessary screening checks.

Qualifications

  • Certificate IV in preferred course, or above
  • Demonstrated experience in working with people living with a disability or mental health
  • Available to participate in out of hours activities, as required
  • The right to work in Australia and a current, valid Driver's License
  • Satisfactory National Police Check, Working with Children Check (Employee) and NDIS Worker Screening Check or willing to obtain
  • NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate

This includes services such as the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) services, iCare, Insurances and brokers.
