Job summary

Wellways Australia Limited is seeking a Support Coordinator to deliver NDIS funded Support Coordination, helping participants design, manage and control their supports with capacity-building approaches.

The role is part-time (30.4 hours) with opportunities for ongoing training and development, and benefits including salary packaging and leave loading. The successful candidate will support inclusive, person-centered practice in Victoria.

Qualifications

• Certificate IV in preferred course, or higher.
• Experience working with people living with a disability or mental health.
• Available to participate in out of hours activities, as required.
• The right to work in Australia and a current, valid Driver's License.
• Satisfactory National Police Check, Working with Children Check (Employee) and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
• NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate.

This is a role in which you will be helping participants develop relationships, build skills and establish support networks in line with their own goals to ensure they are fully supported and empowered on their journey towards recovery.
