As a Support Coordinator, you will work alongside participants, their families, carers, and service providers to help them understand and implement their NDIS plans, connect with appropriate supports, and build their capacity to achieve their goals. As part of the role, you will work towards agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that support effective service delivery, participant engagement, and positive outcomes for participants.
