Able Australia is seeking a proactive Support Coordinator to assist NDIS and DSOA clients with coordinating and implementing supports in funded plans, including informal, mainstream and community supports. Employment: Full time / Fixed Term (2 years until June 2028)
Salary: $80,008 - $85,798 p.a. plus super and NFP Salary packaging (dependent on qualifications and experience)
Location: Surrey Hills, VIC (with 50% work from home)
As the Support Coordinator you will assist NDIS and DSOA clients in the support co-ordination and implementation of all supports in their funded plan, including informal, mainstream and community supports, as well as funded supports.
