Beautopia Hair and Beauty Pty Ltd – Lane Cove West NSW is seeking a Hands on Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations and ensure efficient storage and goods handling. The role requires hands-on leadership with a small team, coordinating picking, packing, unloading and inventory control.

You will supervise a team of 5 staff, organize rostering, oversee order picking and loading, and uphold health and safety standards while actively participating in daily warehousing activities.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a warehouse supervisor.
• Minimum 3–5 years of warehouse supervisory experience.
• Hands-on participation in pick/pack and daily warehousing activities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to direct and coordinate operations with a small team.
• Based in Lane Cove West with hands-on duties and supervision.

Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain inventory and storage area.
• Ensure pick faces are filled from bulk storage.
• Unloading and locating containers.
• Orders picked accurately and quickly.
• Communicate job expectations and allocate tasks to six staff.
• Determine rostering levels and assign workload.
• Maintain health and safety standards in the work environment.

Beautopia seeks a Hands on Warehouse Supervisor for its warehouse operations.

The business supplies Hair Products operating through a network of trade stores

Looking for a Hands on Supervisor operations manager to ensure efficient warehouse operations and goods storage

The role is for a working manager , working with the team and supervising the team

Primarily the role involves:

• Organize and maintain inventory and storage area
• Ensure pick faces are filled from bulk storage
• Ensure containers unloaded and located
• Orders picked accurately and quickly
• Communicate job expectations and allocate jobs to 6 staff-members
• Determine rostering levels and assign workload
• Ensuring that high standards of health and safety, security in the work environment are maintained.
• Be a hands on part of the team with regard to picking/packing orders and all aspects of the daily warehousing activities

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a warehouse supervisor
• Minimum 3-5 years of warehouse supervisory experience required
• Proven work experience as a supervisor
• Hands-on participation in pick pack and commitment to getting the job done
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to direct and coordinate operations
• Strong organisational and time management skills
