READY SET DANCE is a growing global preschool dance brand seeking a hands-on Warehouse & Fulfilment Coordinator to manage day‑to‑day operations and ensure accurate, on-time order delivery.

The role is part‑time (25 hours across Monday to Friday) with extra hours during launches and busy periods. You’ll handle stock, picking, packing, returns, and coordinate couriers in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse, fulfilment or distribution environment.
• Strong picking, packing, receiving and dispatch skills.
• Good inventory and warehouse organisation habits.
• Experience with inventory or shipping systems (Zoho/Shopify/Starshipit is a bonus).
• Forklift licence preferred or willingness to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Conduct cycle counts and investigate discrepancies.
• Pick and pack wholesale and ecommerce orders accurately.

READY SET DANCE is a fast‑growing global preschool dance brand supporting hundreds of studios across Australia, NZ, North America and beyond. We’re looking for an organised, reliable and hands‑on Warehouse & Fulfilment Coordinator to run our day‑to‑day warehouse operations and ensure orders are delivered accurately and on time.

This role is more than picking and packing — we want someone who takes pride in a well‑run warehouse, spots issues early and takes ownership of getting things sorted.

The Role

Part‑time, 25 hours across Monday to Friday, with extra hours available during launches, events and busy periods.

What You’ll Do

Stock & Warehouse

Receive, check and store incoming stock.

Maintain organised, accurate stock locations.

Keep the warehouse clean, safe and efficient.

Conduct cycle counts and investigate discrepancies.

Safely move cartons/pallets and operate equipment (forklift where required).

Pick and pack wholesale and ecommerce orders accurately.

Process orders and shipping labels through inventory/shipping systems.

Coordinate courier collections and resolve dispatch issues.

Maintain fast turnaround times and high presentation standards.

Returns & Faults

Process returns and faulty stock.

Maintain clear records and quarantine damaged items.

Work with Customer Service, Finance and Ecommerce on resolutions.

Teamwork & Events

Support launches, promotions and stock arrivals.

Pack merchandise for events and conferences.

Assist during busy periods and work with casual support.

Suggest practical improvements to warehouse organisation and fulfilment.

About You

You’re practical, organised and enjoy taking ownership.

Ideally you have:

Experience in a warehouse, fulfilment or distribution environment.

Strong picking, packing, receiving and dispatch skills.

Good inventory and warehouse organisation habits.

Experience with inventory or shipping systems.

A forklift licence (or willingness to obtain one).

Ability to safely handle regular manual lifting.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Good computer skills and confidence learning new systems.

Ability to work independently and solve problems proactively. Experience with Zoho Inventory, Shopify or Starshipit is a bonus.
