Job summary

Wesfarmers Health in Melbourne, VIC is seeking an Operations Support Coordinator to back our Distribution and Fulfilment Centres. You’ll coordinate workforce admin, maintain reports and ensure compliance while partnering with site leaders to sustain safe, efficient operations.

Key tasks include rostering, attendance tracking, data reviews, invoicing and dashboards. The role supports continuous improvement across operations in a fast-paced health and wellness supply chain.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations administration, workforce coordination, logistics or similar environment.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills and experience maintaining operational reports.
• Strong written and verbal communication across all levels.
• Experience coordinating rostering, timekeeping or workforce administration.
• Ability to identify issues and contribute to process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate workforce administration activities including rostering, timekeeping, attendance tracking and leave planning.
• Review workforce and payroll-related data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Process invoices, purchase orders and purchasing administration per governance.
• Manage operational administration including consumables, packaging, cycle counts and record keeping.
• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly and monthly reports, dashboards and trackers.
• Coordinate compliance, audit and safety administration and evidence collection.
• Partner with Finance, Procurement, Inventory and Operations to support continuous improvement.
