Job summary

Wesfarmers Health in Australia is seeking an Operations Support Coordinator to join the Supply Chain team. You will support the day-to-day operations of our Distribution and Fulfilment Centres, providing critical administrative, workforce coordination, reporting and compliance support to enable operational leaders to focus on leading teams and maintaining safety standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in operations administration or similar.
• Experience coordinating workforce rostering/timekeeping.
• Experience in logistics, warehousing or supply chain environments.
• Proficient in Excel and dashboard reporting.
• Strong written and verbal communication across levels.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate workforce administration activities including rostering, timekeeping, attendance tracking and leave planning to support efficient site operations.
• Review workforce and payroll-related data, identify and resolve exceptions for accuracy and compliance.
• Process invoices, purchase orders and purchasing administration per governance requirements.
• Manage operational administration including consumables, packaging, cycle counts, pallet returns and site records.
• Prepare and maintain daily/weekly/monthly reports, dashboards and trackers with timely distribution.
• Coordinate compliance, audit and safety administration, including documentation management and action tracking.
• Partner with Finance, Procurement, Inventory and Operations to support continuous improvement.
