Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Supplier Engineering Manager in Australia to drive strategic supply network development and cost management for product hardware across lifecycles. You will collaborate with engineering, quality and manufacturing to optimize procurement and BOMs, enable scalable production, and manage supplier CAPEX.

The role requires background in electronics design, advanced sourcing, and experience with high-tech, high-mix environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field.
• Experience in electronics design and high-tech procurement.
• Experience with value and TCO analyses at component/product level.
• Eligible for Australian NV1 clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead supplier selection and engage strategic suppliers to accelerate product development.
• Develop sourcing strategies, supplier rationalisation and cost-to-cost optimization.
• Drive NPI procurement to scale manufacturing and manage CAPEX with stakeholders.
• Contribute to BOM development and reduction of supply chain complexity.
