Job summary

Qualifications

• Background in mechanical and/or electronics device development.
• Experience with advanced sourcing and supplier engagement.
• Familiarity with value/procurement engineering or TCO work at component/product level.
• Eligible to obtain Australian NV1 clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead supplier selection using approved supplier lists and strategic partners.
• Develop sourcing strategies, cost models, and drive BOM consolidation with QA and Manufacturing.
• Oversee NPI component procurement to scale production.
• Conduct value-stream mapping to optimize lead times and flexibility.
• Manage supplier CAPEX verification and component qualifications.
