Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Supplier Engineering Manager in Sydney to lead strategic supply network development and cost management across product lifecycles. You will collaborate with suppliers and cross‑functional teams, including engineering, quality, and manufacturing, to accelerate development and optimize costs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (BSME, BSEE) or related technical field.
• Experience in electronics design, development or sourcing.
• Familiarity with high‑tech, high‑mix, low‑volume environments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct supplier selection using approved supplier lists.
• Partner with strategic suppliers to accelerate product development with clear SOWs and trade studies.
• Model total cost of ownership and drive cost optimization across the lifecycle.
• Develop and consolidate manufacturing BOM with Quality & Manufacturing to scale production.
• Own NPI component procurement, on‑time and correct for ramp.
• Lead cost engineering activities to align bottoms‑up costs with product cost.
