YOMG is seeking a confident Supervisor to lead from the floor, support the team and maintain a strong guest experience across every shift. This hands-on leadership role involves coordinating the front-of-house team, allocating stations and breaks, and ensuring service flow runs smoothly.

You will coach team members, uphold YOMG standards for hospitality, product, cash and cleanliness, handle guest concerns, and complete opening or closing checks with accuracy.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, retail or quick-service operations.
• Confidence leading a team and making practical decisions under pressure.
• Strong communication, organisation and guest-recovery skills.
• A hands-on approach and willingness to work alongside the team.
• Availability across the roster required for the role.

YOMG is looking for a confident Supervisor who can lead from the floor, support the team and keep the guest experience strong throughout every shift.

This is a hands-on leadership role. When rostered as the person in charge, you will coordinate the front of house team, allocate stations and breaks, manage service flow and respond to guest or operational issues. You will set the pace while coaching team members and maintaining YOMG standards across hospitality, product, cash and cleanliness.
