Yo My Goodness in Mornington is seeking a confident Front of House Supervisor to lead from the floor, support the team and maintain exceptional guest experiences across every shift. This hands-on leadership role covers coordinating the front of house, allocating stations and ensuring smooth service flow.

You will coach team members, uphold YOMG standards across hospitality, product, cash and cleanliness, and respond rapidly to guest or operational issues while keeping pace with changing trade.

Qualifications

• Front of house hospitality, retail or quick-service experience.
• Ability to lead a small team and make practical decisions under pressure.
• Strong communication and guest-recovery skills.
• Hands-on approach and willingness to work alongside the team.
• Flexible availability to cover rostered shifts.

Responsabilités

• Lead assigned shifts and direct two or more team members.

• Set hospitality standards for order, speed and presentation.
• Coach team members and support onboarding and training.
• Resolve guest concerns within authority and escalate significant matters.
• Complete opening/closing, cash, security and food safety checks.

YOMG is looking for a confident Front of House Supervisor who can lead from the floor, support the team and keep the guest experience strong throughout every shift.

This is a hands-on leadership role. When rostered as the person in charge, you will coordinate the front of house team, allocate stations and breaks, manage service flow and respond to guest or operational issues. You will set the pace while coaching team members and maintaining YOMG standards across hospitality, product, cash and cleanliness.

What You Will Do

• Lead assigned shifts and provide clear direction to two or more team members.
• Allocate stations, coordinate breaks and adjust deployment as trade changes.
• Set the standard for hospitality, order accuracy, speed and presentation.
• Coach team members in real time and support onboarding and station training.
• Resolve guest concerns within your authority and escalating significant matters promptly.
• Complete opening or closing, cash, security, food safety and operational checks accurately.
• Monitor stock, waste and labour deployment during the shift.
