Essential: QBCC Supervisor Licence, proven supervision of investment builds, and strong communication across multiple sites. This role focuses on safety, quality and timely delivery.

South Brisbane | $120,000 – $140,000 + Super

Design & Build Recruitment is working on behalf of a residential builder to find an experienced Site Supervisor to join their team in South Brisbane.

This is a great opportunity for a supervisor with a strong background in investment housing to oversee a manageable portfolio of 15–20 low-set detached homes. These are investment builds only, with no owner-occupied projects, allowing you to focus on site coordination, quality and keeping construction moving efficiently.

The Role

• Oversee 15–20 low-set detached residential homes across South Brisbane.
• Coordinate subcontractors, trades and suppliers to maintain construction schedules.
• Manage day-to-day site activities, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to building standards.
• Monitor site safety, quality control and compliance requirements.
• Conduct site inspections and manage construction progress through to completion.
• Maintain communication with internal teams and subcontractors to resolve issues and keep projects on track.
