Job summary

Design & Build Recruitment is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor for a residential builder in South Brisbane to manage 15–20 investment homes. You will coordinate trades, maintain schedules and oversee on-site activities to keep projects moving and compliant with standards.

Essential: QBCC Supervisor Licence, proven supervision of investment builds, and strong communication across multiple sites. This role focuses on safety, quality and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Current QBCC Supervisor Licence is essential.
• Experience supervising residential investment builds.
• Strong understanding of low-set detached home construction.
• Ability to manage multiple sites and coordinate trades.
• Excellent time management, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 15–20 low-set detached residential homes across South Brisbane.
• Coordinate subcontractors, trades and suppliers to maintain schedules.
• Manage day-to-day site activities with quality workmanship.
• Monitor site safety, quality control and compliance requirements.
• Conduct site inspections and track progress through to completion.
• Maintain communication with internal teams and subcontractors to resolve issues.
