Job summary

Design & Build Recruitment is working with a residential builder to appoint an experienced Site Supervisor in South Brisbane to oversee a portfolio of 15-20 low-set investment homes. Investment builds only—no owner-occupied projects—allowing a focused approach on site coordination, quality and progressing construction.

The role requires coordinating subcontractors and trades, managing day-to-day site activities, and ensuring safety and compliance across multiple sites through completion.

Qualifications

• CurrentQBCC Supervisor Licence is essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 15-20 low-set detached residential homes across South Brisbane.
• Coordinate subcontractors, trades and suppliers to maintain construction schedules.
• Manage day-to-day site activities, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to building standards.
• Monitor site safety, quality control and compliance requirements.
• Conduct site inspections and manage construction progress through to completion.
• Maintain communication with internal teams and subcontractors to resolve issues and keep projects on track.
