Job summary

Fit Investment Solutions Pty is seeking a site supervisor to lead residential volume projects in the Brisbane/Moreton Bay region, including townhouse sites and single-family homes. The role focuses on coordinating daily site activities, trades, and sequencing to ensure high-quality builds.

• Proven experience leading construction sites.
• Experience supervising residential townhouse and mixed-density sites.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and sequencing.
• Ability to manage multiple sites efficiently.
• Excellent leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience using Onsite Companion or similar tool.
• Current driver’s license.

Residential Volume Builder, with consistent workflow of 75-150 homes per year, also now adding mixed density sites.

About the role

We are seeking a site supervisor with strong residential volume supervisor experience to join our growing team and help deliver high quality homes to our clients across the Brisbane/Moreton Bay region. The role will involve working on townhouse sites as well as residential homes.

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day site activities
• Manage trades, suppliers, and construction sequencing
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard
• Conduct quality inspections at key construction stages
• Maintain site safety and compliance with WH&S requirements
• Collaborate closely with internal construction and office teams
• Source trades as required

About you

• Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor
• Experience in Mixed density/Townhouse sites required
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and Australian Standards
• Ability to manage multiple sites efficiently
• Excellent leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills
• Experience using Onsite Companion or similar
• Current driver's licenc
