Job summary

Resourcing Group is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to lead Brisbane southside townhouse builds for a leading builder/developer. The successful candidate will report to the Construction Manager and bring a carpentry background to ensure high-quality delivery.

The role requires a Site Supervisors or Builders License, experience with residential builders, and strong planning skills. Proficiency with tablet-based scheduling software will help manage progress and quality on site.

Qualifications

• Site Supervisors or Builders License required.
• Experience with a residential builder essential.
• Strong planning and scheduling capabilities required.
• Experience using tablet-based scheduling/software programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Construction Manager and deliver Brisbane southside townhouse builds within reasonable time frames.
• Oversee on-site activities, quality, safety and progress to meet project milestones.
• Coordinate trades and materials, plan ahead and monitor site efficiency.
