Job summary

Hostplus is seeking a Member Services Officer to join our ServicePlus Centre within Administration & Insurance. You will be the first point of contact for members, employers and stakeholders, delivering professional, informative and supportive service to help navigate superannuation journeys, including life events, insurance enquiries, retirement options and account needs.

You will work with colleagues across the ServicePlus Centre, Claims Team and Financial Planners to coordinate documentation,

Qualifications

• Customer-focused service experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of superannuation or willingness to develop this knowledge.
• Ability to work onsite five days per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality service and operational support across a broad range of enquiries.
• Coordinate documentation, support member requests and contribute to a consistent, positive member experience.
• Meet individual and team quality, productivity, service and lead generation targets while building knowledge across superannuation, insurance and retirement.
