Alex Beach Cabins & Tourist Park on the Sunshine Coast is seeking a Front Office/Guest Services Agent. You will be the first contact for guests, delivering friendly service and answering inquiries while assisting with bookings and information about local attractions.

The ideal candidate has hospitality experience, excellent communication skills, and a professional telephone manner. Flexibility with hours including weekends and public holidays is required to thrive in a busy park environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the hospitality/holiday industry.
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Word.
• Attention to detail.
• Thrive on interaction with people.
• Confident and polite telephone manner.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to work under pressure and unsupervised.
• Flexibility with working hours – hours can include weekdays, weekends and public holidays (rostered hours between 7.45am – 6pm).

Responsibilities

• Front Office/Guest Services role serving as the first point of contact for customers and visitors to the Park.
• Provide friendly, accurate information and handle inquiries and bookings as needed.
