Job summary

Belgravia PRO invites applicants for a Guest Services Officer at Ocean Beach Tourist Park on the Gold Coast. The role involves delivering excellent guest service face to face and over the phone, with responsibilities including administrative and cleaning tasks and working a 7-day roster.

Ideal candidates will have strong customer service, a professional telephone manner, experience with booking systems, and cash handling. RMS experience is highly regarded but not required.

Qualifications

• Experience with RMS systems is advantageous.
• Strong customer service skills and a friendly, professional telephone manner.
• Experience handling cash and EFTPOS transactions; ability to learn our processes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service face to face and over the phone.
• Assist with administrative and cleaning tasks as part of daily duties.
• Support park operations and contribute to a positive guest experience.
