Job summary

Novotel Sunshine Coast Resort is seeking a friendly Front Office All-Rounder to support guest services from arrival to departure. You’ll warmly welcome guests, handle check-ins/outs, respond to requests, assist with luggage, and help deliver seamless experiences across departments.

Strong customer-facing hospitality experience and confident communication are key. Proactive, detail-oriented and flexible rosters including weekends will help you thrive in our vibrant resort environment.

Qualifications

• We’re looking for someone with hotel Front Office or customer-facing hospitality experience.
• Passion for creating great guest experiences and confident communication.
• Proactive, adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and pride in work.
• Experience with Microsoft Office; Opera Cloud is highly regarded.
• Flexibility to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming guests and assisting with check-ins and departures.
• Responding to guest enquiries and service requests.
• Assisting guests with luggage and porter services.
• Assisting with concierge inquiries including local recommendations, bookings and guest requests.
• Promoting Accor loyalty programs and upselling opportunities.
• Collaborating with other departments to deliver seamless guest experiences.
• Completing guest records and general Front Office administration.
