Job summary

Coates Hire is seeking a driven Account Manager to own and grow a Sunshine Coast territory. You will build strong client relationships, identify opportunities to increase revenue and deliver tailored equipment solutions that add real value to customers’ businesses.

You’ll work with branch, operations and specialist teams to execute growth plans, negotiate favourable terms and maintain an active pipeline while on the road across construction, industrial and related sectors.

Qualifications

• Experience in a sales or account management role.
• Ability to grow revenue and build trusted customer relationships.
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
• Ability to analyse customer needs and develop strategic account plans.

Responsibilities

• Build strong, long-term relationships with customers in construction, civil and industrial sectors.
• Develop and execute account growth plans to increase spend and market share.
• Identify projects and opportunities where Coates can provide solutions.
• Promote awareness of Coates' product range and solutions across customers.
• Collaborate with branches, operations and specialist teams to deliver outcomes.
• Negotiate commercial terms and present value-driven solutions.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and account planning activity.
