Job summary

Coates in Townsville is seeking an experienced client-facing sales professional to drive growth across construction and related sectors. You’ll be the lead contact, nurturing relationships and presenting Coates’ services with strategic insight.

You’ll travel regionally, engage stakeholders, and collaborate with support teams to deliver initiatives that delight customers and boost sales, all within a supportive, inclusive team.

Qualifications

• Experience selling services to construction, manufacturing, government or related sectors.
• Self-starter who can think strategically to drive results.
• Proven negotiation and influencing skills with 1–2 years in a similar role.
• Ability to interpret data to form strategic plans and propose actions.
