Job summary

You will own a diverse portfolio and report to the Regional Sales Manager, driving opportunities and value for customers. The position offers base salary plus super, bonus incentive and a company vehicle, with flexible working options
Qualifications
- Experience in sales or account management within construction, industrial, equipment hire or related industries.
- Ability to build trusted customer relationships and identify growth opportunities.
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills; customer-first mindset.
Responsibilities
- Build long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers across sectors.
- Develop and execute account growth plans to increase spend and market share.
- Identify projects and opportunities where Coates can provide solutions.
- Grow awareness of Coates' product range and specialist solutions.
- Collaborate with branch, operations and specialist teams to deliver outcomes.
- Negotiate commercial agreements and present value-driven solutions.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and CRM-based engagement plan.
