Job summary

Sunshine Mitre 10 on the Sunshine Coast is seeking a Trade Account Manager to drive new business and manage existing accounts. The role offers a mix of client servicing and growth opportunities within a family‑driven, community‑m focused hardware and building supplier network.

You will engage with trades, organise visits, follow up quotations and build relationships with customers and suppliers to grow market share. The role is based on the Sunshine Coast with dynamic team support.

Qualifications

• Excellent negotiation, time management and organisational skills.
• Positive person with high energy and proven results.
• Knowledge of building and hardware products.
• Client base management capability.
• Strong written and verbal skills.
• Understanding of plan reading and quantity take-offs.

Responsibilities

• Service existing client base.
• Seek and establish new account opportunities.
• Organise daily work schedule to call on existing clients and 'cold call' potential clients.
• Seek out trade opportunities for our business.
• Follow up quotations.
• Develop business relationships with team members, customers and suppliers.
