Job summary

News Corp Australia is seeking an experienced professional to drive subscriber engagement and retention across mastheads, growing volume and revenue for the subscriptions business. You will build an engagement and retention engine to boost app usage, product adoption, and customer lifetime value.

In this role, you will design experiment roadmaps, analyse data, and optimise the online cancellation journey. Collaboration with marketing, technology, and editorial teams is essential to identify gaps

Qualifications

• Experience driving engagement, retention, and subscription growth through data-driven marketing and consumer strategies.

Responsibilities

• Support and execute the long-term subscription retention vision, focusing on onboarding and reboarding to drive healthy consumer habits.
• Design and run experimentation roadmaps with A/B testing, using data insights to optimise the cancellation journey UX.
• Create automated, personalised, multi-channel retention campaigns targeting high-risk churn segments.
• Partner with marketing, editorial, technology, operations, and content teams to close retention gaps and GTM strategies.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance, DAU trends, and attrition metrics to meet targets.
