News Corp Australia is seeking a Marketing Manager Engagement and Retention for a 12-month contract. The role focuses on driving subscription retention by building long-term subscriber habits while balancing strategic insight and hands-on execution.

The position can be based at Surry Hills (NSW), Southbank (VIC), or Bowen Hills (QLD). You will collaborate across Marketing, Editorial, Product, Data, and Ops to optimise retention and growth.

Formación

• 4+ years of marketing experience across marketing functions.
• Lifecycle and CRM expertise preferred.
• Deep understanding of lifecycle marketing, segmentation and personalisation.
• Data-driven strategy execution translating insights into initiatives.
• Strong leadership, delivery, and stakeholder alignment.

Responsabilidades

• Own the lifecycle roadmap across the subscriber lifecycle.
• Build and deliver targeted, personalised campaigns to reduce churn.
• Identify friction and churn risk using behavioural insights.
• Track campaign performance and optimise outcomes with A/B tests.
• Collaborate with marketing, editorial, product, data, and operations teams.
