Job summary

News Corp Australia is seeking a Manager, Delivery to drive end-to-end delivery of key subscription initiatives, improving subscriber experience, retention, and revenue. You will collaborate with Product, Technology, Marketing, UX/Design, Legal and Operations to translate goals into action and manage timelines and risks.

Ideal candidates bring cross-functional delivery experience, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with MS Office, Confluence, Jira, and related tools.

• Experience in cross-functional stakeholder management delivering business outcomes.
• Proven track record in project/campaign delivery to drive customer outcomes.
• Strong analytical and segmentation skills for cohort analysis.
• Collaborative team player building effective stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic initiatives with prioritisation and timelines.
• Translate business goals into actionable requirements.
• Coordinate with Product, Technology, Marketing/Subscriptions, UX/Design, Legal, and Operations.
• Review UX/UI with CX and Design to meet customer expectations.
• Deliver Go-to-Market plans for campaigns and product launches.
• Ensure operational readiness and coordinate change across stakeholders.
