Job summary

News Corp Australia Sydney, AUS is seeking a Manager, Delivery on a 12-month contract to lead end-to-end subscriber initiatives and drive improvements in retention and revenue.

You will coordinate across Product, Technology, Marketing/Subscriptions, UX/Design, Legal, and Operations; translate business goals into actionable requirements; ensure operational readiness; and partner with CX and Design to review UX/UI so service design meets customer expectations.

Qualifications

• Experience in cross-functional stakeholder management with ability to represent business and customer outcomes to technical partners.
• Experience in project or campaign delivery to drive customer outcomes
• Solid analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to break down issues, assess risks, and develop segmentation and cohort analysis.
• A collaborative team player who builds effective relationships to manage expectations, influence action, and achieve shared outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end delivery of strategic initiatives, managing prioritisation, timelines, and operational risks across cross-functional teams.
• Translate business goals into actionable requirements.
• Coordinate with stakeholders across Product, Technology, Marketing/Subscriptions, UX/Design, Legal, and Operations.
• Collaborate with CX and Design teams to review UX/UI and ensure service design meets customer expectations.
• Deliver clear briefs and execute Go-to-Market (GTM) plans for campaigns, product launches, and subscription initiatives.
• Ensure operational readiness, and coordinate change awareness across stakeholders.
