News Corp Australia’s Subscriber Experience & Delivery team is seeking a Manager, Delivery to lead end-to-end delivery of subscription initiatives, optimize customer outcomes, and drive revenue growth. You will partner with Product, Technology, Marketing, UX/Design, Legal, and Operations to translate goals into actionable plans.

Qualifications

• Experience managing cross-functional stakeholder outcomes for business and customer goals.
• Delivery experience on campaigns or product initiatives to achieve customer outcomes.
• Strong analytical and segmentation skills, risk assessment and decision making.
• Collaborative team player with strong relationship-building abilities.
• Detail-oriented with high personal standards.

Responsabilités

• Support end-to-end delivery of strategic initiatives, managing prioritisation, timelines, and operational risks across cross-functional teams.
• Translate business goals into actionable requirements.
• Coordinate with stakeholders across Product, Technology, Marketing/Subscriptions, UX/Design, Legal, and Operations.
• Collaborate with CX and Design teams to review UX/UI and ensure service design meets customer expectations.
• Deliver clear briefs and execute Go-to-Market plans for campaigns, product launches, and subscription initiatives.
• Ensure operational readiness, and coordinate change awareness across stakeholders.
