About the Position

• Effective liaison with customers and providing support for the sales team.
• Answer inbound phone-related enquiries, following up with customers, resolving any concerns or issues and provide customers with estimated timeframes around their product distribution.
• Preparing quotations and entering sales orders.
• Entering data into the company ERP system.
• Ensuring all administration and documentation are completed efficiently.
• Liaising with internal departments to ensure the delivery of goods.

The Ideal Candidate will have

• Experience from industrial background, preferable in welding or safety and equipment is highly advantageous.
• Ability to effectively utilise ERP and other software, systems and solutions.
• Customer liaison, data input and sales process experience via phone, email, or in person is required.
• Proactively manage and maintain a portfolio of customer accounts.
