Stylerunner is seeking an ambitious Assistant Store Manager to support the Sydney CBD store team. You will lead on-floor, coach staff, and drive sales while embodying the Stylerunner brand. This role offers growth potential and exposure to premium women’s lifestyle products.

You’ll work closely with the Store and Area Manager to identify opportunities for performance and progression for you and your team.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience (Supervisor, 2IC or similar).
• A love for fashion, wellness, and premium product.
• Confident communication and people leadership skills.
• Proven track record of driving KPIs and store performance.
• Strong organisation, time management & operational know-how.
• A calm, can-do attitude in a high-paced environment.
• Available to work a Sunday-Thursday roster.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager to lead and motivate a high-performing team.
• Deliver standout customer experiences and strong KPI results.
• Manage floor operations, stock, visuals & daily processes.
• Help drive a strong, confident store culture.
• Coach casual team members and support training & development.

About the Role:

As Assistant Store Manager, you'll support the Store Manager in leading the team and creating an elevated experience that inspires our customers and reflects the Stylerunner brand. You'll play a key role in day-to-day operations, team development, and driving sales while building your confidence as a future store leader.
