Stylerunner is part of Accent Group and is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for Stylerunner Karrinyup to lead the team on the floor, coach staff and drive sales while developing as a future store leader.

You will work with your Store and Area Manager to identify opportunities for performance, deliver premium customer experiences, and uphold store standards in a fast-paced fashion environment.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience (Supervisor, 2IC or similar).
• A love for fashion, wellness and premium product.
• Confident communication and people leadership skills.
• A proven track record of driving KPIs and store performance.
• Strong organisation, time management and operational know-how.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager to lead and motivate a high-performing team.
• Deliver standout customer experiences and strong KPI results.
• Manage floor operations, stock, visuals and daily processes.
• Help drive a strong, confident store culture.
• Coach casual team members and support training and development.

About the Role:

As Assistant Store Manager, you’ll support the Store Manager in leading the team and creating an elevated experience that inspires our customers and reflects the Stylerunner brand. You'll play a key role in day-to-day operations, team development, and driving sales while building your confidence as a future store leader.

You’ll work closely with your Store and Area Manager to identify opportunities for performance and progression — for both you and your team.

What You’ll Need:
