Job summary

Stylerunner Robina is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support leadership on the shop floor, coach the team, and drive premium customer experiences. You will work closely with Store and Area Managers to identify opportunities for performance and progression within a fast-paced fashion environment.

You will lead day-to-day operations, develop the team, and help deliver strong sales while building your leadership career with a brand that champions strong women and premium product.

Qualifications

Previous leadership experience (Supervisor, 2IC or similar).
Love for fashion, wellness, and premium products.
Confident communication and people leadership skills.
Proven track record of driving KPIs and store performance.
Strong organisational, time management and operational know-how.
Calm, can-do attitude in a high-paced environment.
Ready to work a Sunday–Thursday roster.

Responsibilities

Support the Store Manager to lead and motivate a high-performing team

About the Role:

As Assistant Store Manager, you’ll support the Store Manager in leading the team and creating an elevated experience that inspires our customers and reflects the Stylerunner brand. You'll play a key role in day-to-day operations, team development, and driving sales while building your confidence as a future store leader.
