Job summary

Stylerunner Sydney CBD is seeking an inspiring Store Manager to lead the team, drive sales, and deliver on-brand in-store experiences. You’ll coach staff, manage rosters, stock, and KPI targets while upholding a fashion-forward, customer-first mindset.

You’ll work closely with the Area Manager to identify opportunities for growth, team development, and elevated performance, while maintaining an inclusive, energetic, and on-brand store environment in Sydney CBD.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in retail management (store or assistant level).
• Leadership capable, inspiring and proactive.
• Passion for fashion and premium brand experience.
• Proven track record of smashing sales and KPI targets.
• Experience managing rosters, stock, shrinkage and wage control.
• Make it Happen mindset; strategic, proactive and solutions-focused.
• Strong operational, VM and customer service skills.
• Availability for a Tuesday-Saturday roster.
