Job summary

Stylerunner Bondi Junction is seeking a Store Manager who leads from the front, coaching a high-performing team and delivering exceptional in-store experiences that reflect our premium fashion brand. You’ll own daily operations, rostering, stock control, and KPI delivery, while building an inclusive, on-brand store culture that motivates staff and delights customers.

• 1+ year experience in retail management.
• Confident, driven leadership style.
• Passion for fashion and customer experience.
• Proven track record of meeting sales and KPI targets.
• Experience managing rosters, stock, shrinkage & wage control.
• "Make it Happen" mindset with proactive problem-solving.
• Strong operational, VM, and customer service skills.
• Availability for a Tuesday–Saturday roster.

About The Role

As Store Manager, you’ll lead from the front, coaching your team, driving results, and delivering exceptional experiences that keep our customers coming back. You’ll be responsible for the daily operations of the store while creating an environment that’s inclusive, energetic, and always on brand.

You’ll work closely with your Area Manager to identify opportunities for growth, team development, and elevated performance.

What You’ll Need

• 1+ year experience in retail management (store or assistant level)
• A confident, driven, and inspiring leadership style

• A proven track record of smashing sales and KPI targets
• Experience managing rosters, stock, shrinkage & wage control
