Stylerunner is seeking a driven Assistant Store Manager to support the Marion store, lead from the floor and coach the team. You will drive sales, manage daily operations and contribute to a premium in-store experience for customers.

You'll collaborate with Store and Area Managers to identify opportunities for performance and progression, while developing your leadership career within a fashion-forward brand that champions an active lifestyle.

Formación

• Previous leadership experience (Supervisor/2IC or similar) in retail.
• Passion for fashion, wellness and premium product.
• Strong organisation and time-management capabilities.
• Proven ability to drive KPIs and store performance.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Store Manager to lead and motivate a high-performing team.
• Deliver standout customer experiences and drive KPI results.
• Manage floor operations, stock, visuals and daily processes.
• Help foster a strong, confident store culture and training.

About the Role:

As Assistant Store Manager, you’ll support the Store Manager in leading the team and creating an elevated experience that inspires our customers and reflects the Stylerunner brand. You'll play a key role in day-to-day operations, team development, and driving sales while building your confidence as a future store leader. You’ll work closely with your Store and Area Manager to identify opportunities for performance and progression — for both you and your team.

What You’ll Need:

• Previous leadership experience (Supervisor, 2IC or similar)
• A love for fashion, wellness, and premium product
• Confident communication and people leadership skills
• A proven track record of driving KPIs and store performance
• Strong organisation, time management & operational know-how
• A calm, can-do attitude in a high-paced environment
• Ready to work a Sunday–Thursday roster
