Job summary

Stylerunner is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Store Manager for our Robina location. In this role you will support the Store Manager, coach the team, and drive an elevated customer experience across the floor, KPIs and operations.

You’ll work closely with Store and Area Management to identify opportunities for performance and progression. Ideal candidates show leadership experience, a love for fashion and premium products, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

Leadership experience in a retail environment is essential.
Passion for fashion, wellness and premium products is required.
Strong communication and people leadership abilities.
Proven track record in driving KPIs and store performance.
Excellent organisation and time-management in a fast-paced setting.
Willingness to work a Sunday–Thursday roster.

Responsibilities

Support the Store Manager to lead and motivate a high-performing team.
Deliver standout customer experiences and strong KPI results.
Manage floor operations, stock, visuals and daily processes.
Foster a confident store culture and coach casual team members.
Support training and development, stepping up to run the store when needed.

About the Role:

As Assistant Store Manager, you’ll support the Store Manager in leading the team and creating an elevated experience that inspires our customers and reflects the Stylerunner brand. You'll play a key role in day-to-day operations, team development, and driving sales while building your confidence as a future store leader.

You’ll work closely with your Store and Area Manager to identify opportunities for performance and progression — for both you and your team.

What You’ll Need:

Previous leadership experience (Supervisor, 2IC or similar)
A love for fashion, wellness, and premium product
Confident communication and people leadership skills
A proven track record of driving KPIs and store performance
Strong organisation, time management & operational know-how
A calm, can-do attitude in a high-paced environment
Ready to work a Sunday–Thursday roster
