Accent Group’s Stylerunner Bondi Junction is seeking a Store Manager to lead a fashion-forward team and deliver exceptional in-store experiences. You’ll drive sales, coach staff, and manage daily operations from rosters to stock and VM standards, while maintaining a high-energy, brand-aligned culture.

You’ll work with the Area Manager to identify growth opportunities, develop the team, and ensure outstanding customer service and store performance.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in retail management (store or assistant level).
• A confident, driven, and inspiring leadership style.
• Passion for fashion, wellness, and the Stylerunner aesthetic.
• A proven track record of smashing sales and KPI targets.
• Experience managing rosters, stock, shrinkage & wage control.
• Make it Happen mindset — strategic, proactive, and solutions-focused
• Strong operational, VM, and customer service skills.
• Availability for a Tuesday–Saturday roster.
