Job summary

Techskill Academy, a growing Australian Registered Training Organisation based in Brisbane, is seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative to cover maternity leave for 3–6 months and potentially become permanent for the right person.

You will join our Student Support Officers to assist students throughout their learning journey, handling enrolments, queries and records with a proactive, service‑driven approach.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, administration, call centres or student support would be great.
• Experience in an RTO is a bonus, but not essential.
• You don't need to come from an education background; if you have great customer service skills and a willingness to learn, we can teach you the rest.

Responsibilities

• Be the friendly first point of contact for student enquiries via phone and email.
• Help students navigate enrolments, training requirements and next steps.
• Follow up with students to keep things moving and ensure they have support.
• Keep student records accurate and up to date.
• Work with Trainers & Assessors and internal teams to resolve queries.
