Job summary

Kidsoft, based in Robina on the Gold Coast, seeks a Customer Success Consultant to join our Happiness Ninja team on a 12-month maternity leave contract. You will help customers, resolve issues, onboard new clients, and support product training while promoting our values in a busy office environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, preferably in a call centre.
• Familiar with phone, email and ticketing support tools.
• Strong time management and organisational skills.
• Experience in childcare industry is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Answer and resolve inbound support calls, emails and tickets.
• Support product development and rollout of product range.
• Onboard new customers with online training and support documents.
• Manage existing client base and build relationships with new and existing clients.
