The University of Western Australia (UWA) invites applications for a full-time Student Services Administrator. You will deliver student-focused information across administration, course information, and university services, while maintaining records and supporting documentation and reporting.

You will work with academic and professional staff to drive service excellence, contribute to process improvements, and ensure high-quality student experiences across the university.

Qualifications

• Experience in administration, customer service or student services.
• Strong written and verbal communication; handles inquiries professionally.
• Well-developed organizational skills; meets deadlines in fast-paced environments.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and digital systems including databases and record management.
• Ability to exercise sound judgement, solve problems, work independently and collaborate.

Responsibilities

• Deliver responsive, student-focused advice and enquiry resolution across student administration and university services.
• Maintain student records, prepare documentation and reports; support administrative processes.
• Collaborate with academic and professional staff to support continuous improvement and service excellence.
